A couple of weeks ago I had the awesome opportunity to fly to Hawaii to visit my Niece Checka while she got ready to start college at BYU-Hawaii!!! Matt couldn't go with me b/c of his busy school/work schedule :-( which really sucked b/c not only do I hate flying alone, its Hawaii for crying out loud! Of all places to not have your hubby with you! Right?
Franchezka or "Checka" as my Family and I like to call her is like a little sister to me. So not going to see her off to college was out of the question. I had to be there! I was curious to see how she would react to starting a new school on her own.
All I have to say is Checka is hilarious and I'm not sure Hawaii is ready for her dry humor lol. But she's a confident girl and I'm not worried about her one bit... I'm just worried about those poor boys who won't know what hit em! Here are some pictures of some of the highlights of my trip.
